Colorization is an interpretive process. Original clothing colors, skin tones, architectural details, environmental colors, and other visual characteristics may not be historically verifiable.

Unless otherwise stated, colorized photographs should not be interpreted as definitive representations of the original scene's colors.

ASI seeks to preserve the original composition, individuals, objects, and historical context of source photographs.

Digital processing may occasionally introduce unintended inaccuracies.

ASI does not intentionally present AI-generated reconstructions as authentic historical source photographs.
